INTERVIEWER
What about a goal that took longer than you thought to achieve, right? Or maybe one that you're still working towards. Um, well, first, let's start. What was it? This is, I'm trying to understand long-term goal setting and, and planning.
CANDIDATE
Absolutely. So, uh, One of the, uh, goals that, that I actually want, uh, is, is actually, uh, I know we, we, uh, at my previous clients, uh, my work has created more impact and, uh, because after seeing that impact, a lot of different functions had requested sessions with us, and then we moved, uh, we expand our solutions, like the analytic tools and everyone to everyone else. So, in, in here, uh, my long term goal would be to actually make, create a Lasting impact for, for the function that I'm working on and for the applications that I'm working on, and take this impact and uh serve it across all, all the different functions, not just across pharmacy, or uh the new renewal. Uh, applications that are happening, which, which are happening on cloud, if they take our process and they implement it and they find realizable impacts there, uh, which would be great. So my long-term solution would be to actually lead, not, not just a single function, but, uh, a multiple function where, uh, my specific work in, in a single function, the impact of a specific function or whatever innovation that I create in a single function gets implemented across all, all the functions in the organization that I'm working on. And realize measurable impact everywhere. So, that's, uh, that's the sort of, uh, thing I'm working on. So, all these processes that I'm putting in place, uh, for, for my function currently, I hope that it would turn into, uh, something bigger and, and not just, uh, in, in here, not, not just my, my current organization uses it in here, across all, all Walgreens and also through my company across various different organizations uses all these processes to enable. Uh, serve our customers better. So that, that's my, uh, that's my long-term goal, uh, what I'm working towards. Let me know if it makes sense and, and, uh. Uh, I'll, I'll, I'll,
INTERVIEWER
it, it, I mean, it does, but that's a very vague and non-specific goal, right? OK. Bigger impact. OK, I, I want, you know, to walk outside tomorrow. I mean, it's, it's OK, but what, what, what's the main goal? Like what, what is the measurable thing?
CANDIDATE
Absolutely. The most measurable thing would be to, uh, because of the process or, or tools that I created, uh, whether my, uh, whether my company would be able to, uh, get more customers because I would, I'll, I'll be also working on, I'm, I'm working on RFPs for, for my company, cognitive, uh, and serving this RFPs, uh, answering the RFPs to multiple organizations. And if, if, if whatever I created, if that helps as a validation tool for our new customers and uses them to, if, if I can bring in more businesses for Cognizant, uh, that would be one of the longer, longer impact that I wanted to see at least 22 new customers every, every quarter, uh, for, for my company and also for, for the current customer that I'm working on. If, if it, uh, saves them. Let's say 5 to 10 million per year, uh, in, in terms of uh defect leakage in, in terms of improved solution, in terms of improved all processes. If, if it saves about that range, uh, that would be 11 of the impact I want, I want to see, uh, in, in, in my career. OK.
